Whether you’ve been diagnosed or suspect something’s not clicking, we’re here to help you manage ADHD with practical support that goes beyond a label.
Adult life with ADHD can feel like a never-ending loop of missed deadlines, half-finished tasks, burnout, and guilt.
Maybe you’re always behind. Maybe you’re juggling work, study, or parenting and feel like everyone else got the rulebook and you didn’t. Maybe you’re tired of hearing “just get started” for the 100th time.
At Reimagine Psychology, we're psychologists with ADHD who work with adults to unpack the chaos, understand how ADHD really works, and build a life that actually functions for you.
No judgment. No shame. Just long-term ADHD support from psychologists who get it.
Why Reimagine Psychology?
We're a practice shaped by two psychologists, Tristan and Austin, who both have lived experience with ADHD.
ADHD isn’t just part of our story. It is central to how we think, how we relate, and how we’ve designed this space. We have shaped Reimagine Psychology to offer something different: a practice that genuinely understands neurodiversity, not just from textbooks, but from the inside out.
Our work focuses on helping people better understand themselves, clarifying what works and what doesn’t, so that we can help set them up the best possible ADHD management strategies available.

We're supported by an experienced team of psychologists who share our mission to support the people with ADHD with compassioniate, down to earth, and evidence-based supports.

How can an ADHD psychologist help?
People with ADHD are often told messages like ‘you’re just lazy’, ‘you’re not reaching your potential’ or ‘why can’t you just get it done’. Our ADHD psychologists, Austin Chu and Tristan Chooi (who both have lived experience with ADHD) can tell you firsthand that these messages trigger cycles of self-blame, frustration, and guilt.
Working with an ADHD Psychologist like Austin or Tristan can help make sense of ADHD, find strategies that make the most out of the ADHD brain, and create new insights and strengths! Our team often support clients with:
-
Attention and Motivation
-
Building ADHD friendly Habits and Routines
