Our Approach to Mental Wellbeing
Our goal is to address the stigma associated with mental health by connecting clients with evidence-based practice through plain language, compassion, and an emphasis on therapeutic relationships. We work as a multidisciplinary team for our clients in order to achieve long-term, measurable, and sustainable mental health outcomes. Our practice involves:
The use of psychometric validated instruments, screening tests, and analytics to measure and evaluate changes over time
Ongoing professional development and continuous improvement based on client feedback and clinical outcomes
Proactive wait-list management
Timely consultation and updates on progress to referrers
